Mobile app manuals

Three mobile apps work together with Terake. Each has its own user manual, which opens on a separate page. A link opens the manual of the app’s latest version. The manuals are in Estonian for now.

Terake Lite

An app on the worker’s own phone. It keeps working time with an employee card, or reads the QR code on a Terake Factory tablet so that the tablet starts or ends the worker’s work.

Terake Service

A phone app for workers who do maintenance and repair work on sites: sites on a map, the work plan, working time, fault reports, and work without a network connection.

Terake Factory

A tablet by the door of a workshop or production hall: workers start and end their work with a PIN code, a card or a QR code, and the board shows who is working right now.

Older versions

The manual of every app version stays at its own address, which holds the version number, for example help.terake.com/manuals/factory/3.0.13/. Each app’s manual says where the app shows its version.
