Transport of harvest

The “Transport of harvest” report gathers the harvest transports of the selected period from fields to stores and silage pits: who transported with which machine, from where to where, how many loads and how much. Harvest transports are mostly recorded in the mobile app. The report is available in an agricultural company’s account.

Page layout

• “Dimensions”: “Record” gives a separate row for each transport. If “Record” is not selected, the transports are added up by the selected dimensions: “By date”, “Worker”, “Machine”, “Starting point”, “Destination” and “Material”.
• Period: quick choices (“Current month”, “Previous month” and others) or a start and end date, up to 366 days. Choose “on screen” or “MS Excel file” as the output and press “Show”.
• Table: “From” and “To” (the report period), “Worker”, “Main machine name”, “Starting point”, “Field nr”, “Destination”, “Material”, “Cargo count”, “Weight”, “Cargo avg. weight”, “Transport date”, “Transport time”, “Record count” and the ID2 columns.
• “Actions”: the list of the row’s transports, editing (pencil) and deleting (bin). Editing and deleting are possible only with the “Record” dimension, where a row is one transport.
• Above the table are the “Filter…” search field, the icons “open in Excel” and “open as PDF file”, and “set view” for choosing the columns.

How to build the report

1. For a summary, remove “Record” under “Dimensions” and select, for example, “Starting point” and “Destination” to see how much was transported from each field to each store.
2. Choose the period, for example the whole harvest season, and press “Show”.
3. On a summary row, press the list icon in the “Actions” column to see which transports make up the row.

“Weight”, “Cargo count” and “Record count” are the totals of the row’s transports. “Cargo avg. weight” is the row’s total weight divided by the number of loads. The report includes all harvest transports of the period, also those whose work has not yet been approved.

How to change or delete a transport

1. Select “Record” as the dimension and press “Show”.
2. Press the pencil icon on the transport’s row. The transport window opens.
3. Change “Transport time”, “From field”, “Silo/destination” or the amounts (“Amount (empty)”, “Amount (full)”, “Cargo count”, “Amount total”). The worker, work and machine details come from the work linked to the transport. The linked work opens with the “See related work” button.
4. Press “Save and close”. To delete the transport, press “Delete” in the window or the bin icon in the table, and confirm.

The material (crop) of a harvest transport is determined by the field and the store; it is not chosen in the window. Changing or deleting a transport also changes the store’s stock.

Who can see it

The report is visible to the roles “Administrator”, “Observer”, “Agronomist”, “Dispatcher” and “Accountant”, only in an agricultural company’s account.

Tips

• When you save a harvest transport and the weight of one load is over 1000, the weight is taken to be in kilograms and is converted to tonnes.
• Other material transports are in the Transport report.
