The “Machine report” brings together the data received from the machines’ telemetry devices about the machines’ work and the related tasks. It is used to follow and analyse field and construction work, costs and logistics.
Data fields
- Period: “From” and “To” set the range of the data.
- Date: the dates on which the machines worked.
- Kilometers and fuel consumption: the distance driven by the machine and the amount of fuel consumed (l).
- Engine hours: the working time spent on the tasks assigned to the machine.
- Worker: the ID and name of the person responsible for the work.
- Work: the work ID and worktype linked to the machine’s activity.
- Machine: the ID and name of the machine or equipment used.
- Object: the object ID, name and field number describing the place worked on.
- Area (ha): the size of the area worked, in hectares.
- Current crop year: the agricultural crop year the work belongs to.
- Cost center: the ID and name of the cost center that links the costs to projects.
- ARIB (PRIA) applicant: the recipient of the agricultural subsidy.
- Crop: the ID and name of the crop grown.
Use
- Following work efficiency: analyse the performance of workers and machines by engine hours, kilometers and fuel consumption.
- Cost management: follow the related cost centers and fuel consumption to optimise resources.
- Object analysis: see in which regions and on which fields the machines have worked.
- Crop year planning: check how the work matches the crop year plans.
