Grid

“Grid” shows Realtime info compactly: each worker has their own tile, both those who are working and those who are not. A manager sees at a glance who is at work, who is on a pause, who should be at work according to the schedule but has not started work, and who is absent.

Page layout

At the top of the page are the Realtime info view buttons “List”, “Grid”, “Dashboard”, “Telemetry” and “Map view”, and a search field on the right.

Each tile shows the worker’s name at the top. The colour and content of the tile show the worker’s status. The tiles are ordered so that workers who should be at work according to the schedule come first, then those who are working, then those who are absent and finally the rest.

• Red – the worker should be at work right now according to the work schedule but has not started work. The tile shows the work name from the schedule (if the schedule has one) and the scheduled start and end time.
• Green – the worker is working. The tile shows the work name and, on the button, the work’s duration.
• Yellow – the worker’s work is paused. The tile shows the work name and duration.
• Colour of the absence type – the worker is on vacation, sick or away for another reason. The tile shows the absence type and the absence’s start and end date.
• Grey – the worker has no work in progress and no schedule right now.

The duration button turns red when the work has lasted more than 8 hours and 20 minutes. Pause time is not included in the duration. Durations update every second; work and schedule data is reloaded every minute.

Works in progress started with the Terake Lite app are also shown as green tiles: the company name is next to the worker’s name and the tile shows the place of work. These works cannot be changed here.

How to find a worker

1. Type the worker’s name or part of it in the search field.
2. For workers who are working or should be at work according to the schedule, the work details are searched too: work name, machine, implement, project, maintenance unit, cost center, customer and workobject. Absent workers and grey tiles are searched by name only.
3. If no tile matches the search, the page shows the text “Nobody is working at the moment”.

How to change a work in progress

1. Click the duration button in a green or yellow tile.
2. The “Work admin form” opens. Correct the details, for example the work name, machine, workobject or start time.
3. Press “Save and close”. The “Back” button returns to the tiles without changes.

A work in progress cannot be deleted here. The buttons on red and absence tiles are for information only: schedules are changed on the planning pages.

Who can see and change it

Realtime info opens for the roles “Administrator”, “Approver” and “Observer”. “Administrator” and “Observer” see the works and schedules of all workers. “Approver” sees their own works and schedules, those of their subordinates and of the workers they approve. If you have selected a division/department, the tiles show only the workers of that division.

A work in progress can be changed by:

• “Administrator” – all works;
• “Approver” – the works of the workers they approve;
• the worker’s direct manager – the works of their subordinates;
• the project’s project manager – the works of their project.

“Observer” can only view works, except the works of their subordinates if they are their direct manager. The same rules apply on the Detail view page.

Tips

• A red tile appears only when the worker has a work schedule for the current time. Schedules are made on the Roster timeline page; vacations are shown on the Vacations page.
• If a worker’s phone is out of coverage, a started work may not be visible on the web yet and the tile may stay red or grey.
• The system finishes works left running by itself (see Automatic processes that affect work duration).
