The Realtime info list contains all works in progress right now, each work on its own card. Workers start and finish works in the mobile app and also register the materials used and the objects covered there. This view shows the manager who is working right now, on what and for how long, and whether the work is running or paused.
Page layout
Realtime info is divided into views, whose buttons are at the top of the page:
- “List” – works in progress as cards (this page).
- “Grid” – all workers as compact tiles: who is working, who is on a pause, who should be at work according to the schedule and who is absent.
- “Dashboard” – counters, a map and the list of works in progress.
- “Telemetry” – the machines’ latest telemetry data.
- “Map view” – workers and machines on the map.
On the right is a search field that filters the works by worker name, work name, machine, implement, project, maintenance unit, cost center, customer or workobject.
Each work card has:
- Duration button – how long the work has lasted (pauses are deducted). The button is green when the work is running, yellow when the work is paused, and red when the work has lasted more than 8 hours and 20 minutes.
- Start – date, time and weekday.
- Worker name and work name.
- Work parameters – machine, implement, maintenance unit, workobject, cost center, customer and project as coloured labels.
- Extra details – “Started by” if a foreman started the work; when paused, “Paused from” and the time; in brackets, additional info and the materials used.
- Icons – the phone icon shows that the work was started from the mobile app. It is red if the work was started or done farther away from the workobject. The location icon opens the work’s location on the map.
Works started with the Terake Lite app are also in the list, but they cannot be changed here.
Durations update every second; work data is reloaded every minute.
How to change a work in progress
- Click the duration button on the work’s card.
- The “Work admin form” opens. Correct or complete the details, for example the work name, machine, workobject or start time.
- Press “Save and close”. The “Back” button returns to the list without changes.
A work in progress cannot be deleted here. You can change works with the same rights as on the Detail view page.
When nobody is working
When no work is in progress, the page shows the text “Nobody is working at the moment” and a “Start work” button. With it you can also start work on the web (see Start work).
Who can see it
Realtime info opens for the roles “Administrator”, “Approver” and “Observer”. “Administrator” and “Observer” see all works in progress. “Approver” sees their own works, those of their subordinates and of the workers they approve, and the works of the projects they are project manager of.
Tips
- If a worker’s phone is out of coverage, the latest information may not be visible on the web yet.
- The system finishes works left running by itself (see Automatic processes that affect work duration).
- Works already finished are shown on the Approval and Detail view pages.
