If a fault has been added to the machine/device from the mobile or web application, it can be managed further

Red entries are unresolved and white are fixed errors. You can sort by period, but unsolved errors are always visible at the top.
You can add your task to each error and share it with the executor accordingly, after which you can also see the time the work was delivered and comments, etc.
