Roster approval

In order for the work schedule to become the calculated working time, it is necessary to confirm the work added to the schedule. For this purpose, there is a link “Confirming the work schedule”. In this view, the data added to the work schedule (employees, jobs, times) is displayed as a table. The table is easy to filter by employee name, date range, and approval status. To confirm, you need to mark the checkbox on the corresponding line and press the button above the table

“Set selected done”

If there is no job name, it can be added by bulk editing

“Select a work task and set the selected scheduled work as done”. NB! If a work task is already set in the work schedule itself, the same work task is also set during confirmation, regardless of the selection made from the drop-down menu at the time of confirmation. The drop-down menu selection is only necessary for those jobs for which the task was not selected when the schedule was made.
