The schedules open from the main menu under the link “Work schedules”. By default, the logged-in user’s work schedule is displayed from today to 31 days ahead. To view other periods, click on the button with the calendar icon on the top right. A calendar opens, where you can select the date from which the work schedule will be displayed.
Work schedules have 3 views in the time dimension: 1. Annual view 2. Monthly view 3. Daily view
1. Year view. Here you can see the amount of hours planned by month by employee. To move from the year view to the month view, there is a button with an eye-shaped icon above the name of the months at the top of the table.
2. Moon view. In the monthly view, you can see the number of hours of the employee’s planned work by day. In this view, it is possible to make a so-called “bulk input”, where there is a checkbox in front of each employee’s name and a checkbox indicating each month-day selection under the table. It is also possible to make employee/date selections by clicking on the desired columns in the employee row of the table – the background of the selected squares will turn green. To cancel a selection, the checkbox indicating the selection must be cleared (remove the tick) from the corresponding column or row. Below the table there is an input form for adding the work schedule for the selected employees/dates. In the input form, it is possible to select the hours of work, the type of work and the place where the work takes place, if necessary, additional characters to indicate the employee’s holiday (P) or illness (H). By pressing the “Save selected times” button, the options in the input form are assigned to previously selected employees/days.
3. Day view. You can enter the day view from the month view, at the top of the table there is a button with a “list” icon next to each date. By pressing the button, you can see the details of the corresponding day for all employees. With works, there is an option to save the corresponding plan as a work order. A work order is a specific work task that needs to be completed. The work schedule, on the other hand, provides information on when the employee is at work.
