For the bulk import of field data into Terake, a data export file must be created for the data of the desired fields. The appropriate format is .shp, which in turn is packed into a .zip file when the data is output.
The resulting .zip file can be uploaded in Terakes under “Field module” and “Field import”. Please click on the blue button with the “+” sign to make a new download. A dialog opens where you have to select 1) Harvest year 2) PRIA applicant 3) .zip file itself. If a specific applicant has not yet been entered into the system, it can be done in the same “Add new applicant” view.
When uploading a file, you will be redirected back to the list of files. Clicking on the button with the image of a gear in the list opens the field import view. All the fields that were in this file and their correspondences with already existing fields are displayed there.
Fields and data in the file are linked based on the ARRAY NUMBER. If one array has multiple fields, they are displayed one below the other in the right table. There is a button “Import here->” in front of each field row. By clicking on it, the data of culture, field size, applicant and geometry are taken and entered into the system as data for the CORRESPONDING HARVEST YEAR of that field.
If such a field does not exist in the system before, then the button “New field!” is displayed in the table. Import field data”. If you want to import all new fields in the file, you can use the “Import all new fields at once” button. NB! Depending on the number of fields in the file, the import can take 5 to 10 seconds at a time.
Field data is displayed based on the HARVEST YEAR, i.e. the field size and culture for the same harvest year that you specified when importing the ePria file are shown on the right. If the basic data of the field is present in the table (array number, field number, name), but the crop and the size of the field are missing, it means that the data for this harvest year are not in the system. They can be imported with the “Import here->” button.
