Works and materials in the fields
Under the field module, you can add materials and jobs to several fields at once. This in two places
Menu Field module > Works and materials in the fields
Creating a template for adding materials
The selections made here are displayed next to the fields as materials to be added. The amount of materials to be added is calculated from the cost standard using the formula ‘farmed hectares x cost standard’ if there are hectares made or ‘field size x cost standard’ if there are no hectares made
The planned use of materials includes:
1) Harvest year number
2) Amount of material per field in quantity (calculated field size x cost rate)
Menu Field module > Fields admin and option Works and materials https://app.terake.com/index.html#/fieldbook/agrifieldadmin
A link “Works and materials” has been added under the field module
The solution can be used to get an overview of the work and material costs related to the fields performed during the period and, if necessary, to correct the material costs immediately in the same view.
The solution works like this:
All jobs related to the fields within the selected period are displayed. These works are grouped by field as “info cards”. Such an information card shows the data of the field, the names of the works performed on the field, the names of the employees who performed the work and the material costs already added to these works.
If the material costs have not been added, but for this work type (for example, “fertilizing”) materials have been used, the text “NB! Here, the material cost is expected to be missing for some jobs!” is displayed in red on the upper edge of the corresponding information card. This helps to draw attention to those works to which it is expected that material costs should now be added.
NB! information cards can be filtered in the list using the “Filter…” search box above the cards. It is a text search that takes into account the name and number of the field, the name of the culture, the name of the employee, the name of the job.
The material cost is added using a “template”. The template is entered in the upper part of the page (on top of the information cards), where you have to select the material, cost rate and press the “+” sign. The material added to the template is immediately visible in the list. More than one cost of materials can be defined for a template. You can also delete a meter from the template, deleting from the template does not affect the material costs saved for already completed works.
All material costs defined in the template are now displayed on field maps with a gray background in the “Material costs to add” section. The absolute amount of material consumption for the corresponding field and work has been calculated based on the cost norm, taking into account either a) the hectares worked or b) the size of the field if there are no hectares worked.
For each such calculated material cost, there is a “Save” button, when pressed, this specific cost is added to the work.
If it is necessary to change the job parameters (for example, the number of hectares worked), you can use the button with the pencil icon, with the text “change job data” next to it.
