Workers

If the main data is completed (* marked fields are required), you can provide a separate roles, change password, mark subordinates and attachable.

ADMIN>Employees> and variants are at the top +Add new (one by one) or +Add from file (you must fill in the requested fields in the file)

Each employee is added as a User role – to change the roles, the pen can be changed in the “Activities” column on the right side of the Employee list, incl. roles. PS! if the user has added an e-mail address, instructions for changing the login and password will be sent, if not, the password and username must be sent to the user

Select the third TAB “Autentication” to change user credentials

By entering an email address when adding users, the created users will receive information to download the mobile application and can also create their new password.

When the file is read in, some elementary validation is performed, and if the computer does not like something, then warnings are indicated with background colors: RED: the mandatory field is empty, YELLOW: there is no such classifier and a new one is created (e.g., profession, project, cost center, etc.), BLUE: such a classifier no, but the default is used (e.g. material type 10: “other”), ORANZ: the data in the column is of the wrong type, for example, there is a word instead of a date or a number (the data types of the columns are not described everywhere, but for example it is used when adding fuel filling from a file) .

The following formats SHOULD be supported (I have tested xlsx, ods and csv myself): Excel .xls and .xlsx; comma separated text: .csv, .prn, .txt; OpenDocument .ods; dBase .dbf; .html table; .rtf; Lotus 1-2-3 .wks; flat .xml

The formats of the allowed date (the date column currently only requires refueling. fuel residues are not supported at the moment because I had questions there) are: whatever Excel and OpenDocument generate; and in text files the formats DD.MM.YYYY and YYYY-MM-DD

Roles
The general principle is that everyone can add new records to the selection windows (Work object, Machine, Customer, Contact person, Fuel, Employee, Project, Job name, Department, Document type, Cost center, etc.). The idea of this is to make work with Terakes smoother and reduce the workload of the owners of the “Admin” role: any user of the web interface who discovers that something used in the company is missing from Terakes, can immediately add it without bothering the Admin. The person who created a new entry can change and delete the entry they made within 48 hours afterwards. The idea of this 48 hour rule is that if the user who created a new record discovers that, for example, he has written the name incorrectly or has created a duplicate, he can correct his mistake without bothering the Admin, while he cannot start to change or delete several data weeks or years later, where the object created by him is already in use by others or reports have been generated from this data.

From there, seeing menu items and changing registry entries is allowed according to the role:
“Admin” sees, among other things, the menu item “Admin” and can change everything there and elsewhere at any time. Admin is the only one who can change user roles.
“Observer” can see many menu items, but not “Admin” menu item. This role alone does not grant the right to change data. The role is for users who can only view, not edit or enter. For example, they perform supervision, for example, for auditors and employees of state supervision.
The “approver” can see the “Employment” menu item and everything under there and can change and approve those Jobs where the employee is not present or where the employee is one of his approvers.
The “Project Manager” can see menu items related to planning and the project and can change those Jobs where there is no project or where he is the manager of the project related to the work. The role of project manager automatically arises for an employee when he is appointed as project manager in a project.
“Personnel” Employee settings, you can add and change employees/users
A “Power User” can change: Task, Schedule and Job regardless of approval or reporting relationship. The “quick add” button on the top menu bar opens up more options for him than for a normal user.
“Maintenance of machines” sees the menu item “Maintenance module” and can change Machine, Maintenance work, Fault, Material,
“Dispatcher” can change Machine, Maintenance work, Breakdown, Refueling. All e-mails from the system are sent to the e-mail with the dispatcher user role
“Accountant” can see the sub-menu items “List of performed works”, “Refueling”, “Refueling settings”, “Transport”, “Silo transport” (at agricultural enterprises), “Signed documents”, under the Admin menu.
“Agronomist” can see the menu item “Field module” and can change the Work object (including Field), Culture, Material, Soil sample.
The “PRIA user” can see the “Field module” menu item, but nothing can be changed there. In the field module, he can see the fields and harvest years assigned to him. This role is intended for staff at PRIA who do supervision.
Some rights are granted from outside the role system:
The right to see the work belongs to the “Admin”, “Observer”, the employee himself, the employee’s Supervisor, the “Approver” to whom the employee is assigned to be approved, the manager of the work-related project.
Jobs can be changed by the employee himself, as long as the job is not approved.
The employee and his/her Rights can be changed by the “Supervisor” assigned to the employee.
The employee can be changed to “Brigadier” if the employee has the option to start/stop work by the brigadier.
The “Person in charge” and “Responsible for maintenance” assigned to the machine or device can be changed.
If the user has several roles at the same time, the rights resulting from different roles are summed up. Therefore, if someone is given the role of “Power User”, he can see many menu items and can change plans, schedules and tasks concerning other employees.
The “observer” can view all menu items (except ADMIN) but not change anything.
