If you use the integration with the gas station (establishing a connection in the Admin->Integrations menu), the following must be taken into account:
ALEX:
Loading of refueling from Alexela to Terake takes place once a day in the morning at 04:00 for the past period, i.e. the previous day. Individual refills may occur with a delay to the Alexela API (five days or even more), in which case they will be reloaded afterwards.
PIUSI B.Smart:
Refueling takes place at the 20th minute of every hour. In order for the refueling report to show the name of the person who refueled and the refueled machine, the names of people and machine registration numbers in the PIUSI system and Terakes must be harmonized.
If a fictitious name is written above the person’s name in the PIUSI system, for example “Lasnamäe department”, the same fictitious person can be entered into Terake in order to see the data in the refueling report. If the person is not identified, the report shows “-” instead of the name.
If the machine does not have a registration number, for example a lawnmower, a fictitious registration number can be registered to PIUSI and Terakes. The main thing is that they are the same in both systems, because if the machine does not have a registration number or if they do not match, the machine information will remain blank in the report.
