Company settings general information
Company name: Used in outgoing e-mails.
Reg. code: Used for outgoing e-mails.
Country. Used to count public holidays.
Currency: Used to display the currency code in reports.
Company type: Agriculture-specific menus and settings are activated for a company related to agriculture.
Workday settings
Standard hours per day: used as the default basis for the length of the working day when creating a work schedule. You can enter a number with a decimal point, in which case, for example, 8.5 corresponds to 8 hours and 30 minutes.
Overtime per day:
If both “Standard hours per day” and “Overtime hours per day” are filled (e.g. 8 + 4 or 8 + 16), then Terake will automatically finish jobs lasting more than 24 hours, setting the start moment + “Standard hours per day” + “Overtime hours per day” as the end moment “. For example, if the standard hours are 8 and the overtime hours are 4, then automatic termination will stop the job after 8 + 4 = 12 hours from the start. Terake takes into account that the employee’s mobile may be temporarily out of data coverage and waits for the mobile to return to coverage with the recording of the correct end of work time. Therefore, the process of automatic termination of work does not start immediately after the completion of standard hours and overtime, only within 4 hours after that. In the “real-time info”, such a job may be temporarily seen as 15 hours and 55 minutes long during the waiting period, but the automatic completion will still record the job as 12 hours.
If the work has been started from the schedule, Terakes will set the duration of the work as specified in the schedule during the automatic termination of the work, and the scheduled break will be added to the work. For example, if according to the schedule the work was scheduled for 8:00..17:00, the work was started at 8:11 and left unfinished, Terake will finish this work at 17:11.
Default values when adding new employees
Send login instructions to e-mail: If enabled (ticked), when new employees are added or imported, an e-mail is automatically sent to them with login information and links to download mobile apps. Under the settings of each employee, there is also a separate button “Send login instructions to e-mail” – so if the e-mail was not entered when importing employees and the letter was not sent to the employee, it can be done later.
Communication language: Notifications (e-mails) are sent to employees in this language.
The calendar (schedule) is visible: you can determine how employees can see their colleagues’ schedules. This can also be changed individually for each employee under individual employee settings.
Field book display settings
Displaying additional plan information in the field book: enable or disable.
Displaying additional job information in the field book: enable or disable.
